I've used a braun silk epil, I'm using an Emjoi Emagine Epilator and it is a superior machine (if you can give up the cordless)

I can say the same thing.  The Braun seemed good when we got it, but that battery was worthless.

As I previously mentioned, I use a Braun Silk-épil Xelle.  However, mine is not battery powered; it can only be plugged in...
Anyway, I've never used another epilator to know whether any are superior to the Braun, but I am quite satisfied with it.

I started using a new facial lotion with alpha-hydroxy in it and really like the results.  Seems to cut down on the red bumps for me - plus, was having ingrown hair problems.

I'm going to have to look for something with the alpha. The bumps have been decreasing as I do it more. I'm surprised as to how much less pain there is as you do it more. I just did my chest for probably the 5th or 6th time this morning, and it was just minor discomfort.

That is like my arms and legs. I do not feel a thing any more. The stomach is still uncomfortable.

Beverley

The stomach is still more uncomfortable than the chest, but it has gotten a lot better than that first time.
