Look it is your face you are going to do what you want. All surgeons screw up, but when a doctor drops the ball so badly where a patient is deformed I am not going to that doc. Remember doctors are protected you are not. If they screw up you just cannot sue them. Look into the real mechanics of a lawsuit, it is a lot tougher then you can imagine. First you need another doctor as a expert on your behalf and that is going to cost you around $50k. It is made so you cannot afford to sue a doctor when the screw up. If your face gets damaged it takes three times the skill to fix something then doing it right the first time around. Always make sure your goals are realistic and that you have seen other people then just who the doctor has advertised.
Another thing is to get in writing a contract if you need a touch up. Have it in writing.
