So, after having good confidence the other morning, I used the men's bathroom at a bar where nobody really knew me. Followed protocol, and nobody said a word, or even really looked at me (I don't think)

So, after this success...I have ordered a whiz packer with the receptacle, not medicine spoon. Does anybody here have experience with this product? If so, how well does it work/how easy is it to manuver at a urinal?

Thanks

I ordered a whiz packer at the beginning of last year. They got my order wrong from the start and the confirmation email said something completely different from what I had ordered. When it arrived there was a cut in the head of the packer which made it look like I had sustained a serious injury. The packer itself wasn't as lifelike as I would have preferred but worked from a distance. As for the whiz, in order to use it without leaking I had to hold it at a rather low angle. Because of this it was all but impossible to use at a urinal.

Although I had a terrible experience with them, it was on a glowing recommendation from someone else that I gave them a try. Different STPs work for different folks so hopefully this will be as perfect for you as it was from the person who recommended it to me. Don't be afraid to speak up if all is not right though. Best of luck, I hope it all works out.

Thanks for the first reply :) Sucks it didn't work for ya, Logan :(   I guess you're right, though. Different people, different results. I really hope it works properly. And not look mangled....

I got one of those a while back as well. Like Logan1986 said.. mine also had a cut in it and I think it just got more and more worse  :-\ I ended up never using it very much (only because I didnt like how it looked and I wasnt going to bother with it if I was only going to use a toilet instead of urinal in public) but when I did use it at home it was so easy! I can feel exactly where the receptacle thing is and I was very confident that it wouldnt leak. In fact it has never leaked for me at all so hopefully it doesnt for you either :) I think I did have to hold it lower than normal and I didnt really like how it packed.

I also got one of the STP Fitz ones just a month ago, which I havent used much either because I dont feel comfortable with the nipple! The Fitz has tubing all the way through which I think makes it much easier to pack than the Stand-To-Urimate. If I could just take the funnel part of the receptacle from the Stand-To-Urimate and put it on the STP Fitz I think it would be perfect! Only thing is I dont know how to do it and Im scared of breaking something :P

I've been busy trying to put together my own stp but I can't seem to get it to work with either the whiz or the nipple. It just seems to not work having the receptacle so low, so now I'm going for the medicine spoon since it's more.. 'straight forward'.

Only problem I'm having now that.. placing the medicine spoon in the right position on itself has a learning curve, but placing it in the right position with the packer in front of it creates a whole new problem!

But again, as far as the whiz goes. Great stp, but I couldnt get it to work with the packer.

I want to be able to stand to pee at an urinal with the guys and not be noticed.  I am still mastering a medicine spoon stp.  I find it very interesting that none of you have found a packer that works to pee at an urinal.  I have seen a few restrooms where the urinals that have complete walls between them so a good stp would work. I have also been in sports parks restrooms where the urinals were on all the walls and nothings between them.  Here you would need a great looking packer and know how to use it with confident.

What the hell?! - I hope you guys told the Stand-to-Urimate makers that your packers had enormous gashes in them.  That just seems completely unacceptable.  I was going to order one from them, too - good thing I saw this.  I'll be getting a Peecock instead.

I bought a stand to urimate with the whiz last year.  I never got it to work.  The whiz is too flimsy for me and always bends and leaks.  In order to make it work, I have to stand with my legs uncomfortably far apart and point packer pretty much straight down.  It just doesn't work for me.  The only STP that's worked 100% for me has been the PStyle.  If someone could figure out how to put that in a packer, I'd be golden.
In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.

the stp whiz packer (which i brought like a year or 2) is the only thing that works really well for me to use, but i cant pack with it....peecock is good too but i dont like the feel of it (just put cornflower onto it, and now it not to bad, but it a tad small for me.), but it easy to pack without anything jabbing into me, i fail on nipple and others...just wish there was to pee and pack aswell so it looks like im back to the normal pack and hide the whiz.

The P-Style's the one that's an open channel along the top side, right?  I believe I have one, but it doesn't say "P-Style" right on it, so I'm not completely sure that's what I'm looking at, but if it is, I'd say if you used tin snips to make the whole thing shorter - it's about 1 3/4" top to bottom at the big end, make it short enough to be comfortable then melt the cut edges so you could wear it?  Do that all along, and then I wonder if you could heat and bend the pointy end to curve more, so you could fit it into some latex tubing, and then into a packer.  You'd probably want to cut some of it off, too.  But it could probably be done.

So I just got my whiz packer today, and let me tell you I love it already :)

I ordered the small (4") first, then realized how small it would be. I e-mailed Lawrence, and asked if I could change it to a med (5.5"). He e-mailed me back and said my order change was noted.
Got it and opened it up, and he indeed gave me the 5.5".

It works wonders. easy to use, even without the separating of stuff down there. Had it right on fist try. Also, no gashes. Looks great! So happy it worked out.

Thanks, Kyle!  Glad it was ok and you like it! Might give it a go after all!

Nice. I'm glad it worked out. Mine always made me look like I had a woody...and a half. And I got the smallest one he had.

I've lost some weight in the past few months, so maybe I should give it another try. My pants fit differently now. But I'm not sure I like the flexibility of the funnel. If I applied just a little to much pressure, it bent and leaked. I never got around to becoming an expert because I couldn't see walking about with a permanent stiffy.

Did a harness come with it? Can you sleep with it on? Can you exercise with it on?

Mine came with a harness, but I was using TranZwear and never tried the harness. It looked kind of flimsy but might have been fine.

I would never sleep with this thing. It would be way uncomfortable...nor did I want to walk around with it in my pants, let alone exercise with it. I had a big bulge. Not to mention that the Whiz only really worked when I was wearing underwear and not when I actually had pants on.

Oh, well, it works for some guys.

I was never able to get this one to work either.  The GoGirl worked pretty good for me...it's just hard to hide it!

GoGirl...is that one of those non-packer devices that come in big bright colors?
