I'm wearing the sweat pants that I got from Hollister and their the skinny kind but the problem is I pack and the bulge is more noticeable than when I wear my packer with other sweatpants. I don't know if I have the packer up too far or if it's because their skinny but I'm concerned that people eyes will be on my crotch. It doesn't look like I have a boner or anything but if a bio male was to wear skinny sweat pants would a bulge be more noticeable than usual? The underwear I'm wearing are the boxer briefs from Hollister and it hugs the crotch area pretty close so that might also be what it is. I don't know so I thought I would ask you guys. 

It's hard to say without seeing what you mean, but yeah - cisguys sometimes have the same issues.  I wear boxers and boxer briefs so not sure about the underwear - but maybe try different underwear and see if it helps?

It depends on the guy as to how big their bulge would look.  Some guys packages are bigger than others.

My perception is that some/most sweatpants make a package more noticable on bio guys.  It is also my perception that it's a widely accepted phenomina.

I have a pair of skinny sweatpants that I was wearing to taekwondo.  My package was more noticable with boxer briefs than with briefs while wearing them.  To taekwondo I wore briefs with boxer briefs over the top to make sure it wouldn't go anywhere.

That's pretty much my perception as well.  Plus anything "skinny" will generally show off that area just by being so tight.

If my nearly 50-year-old professor who likes to walk around his house in sweatpants while I'm there is any indication, it's not uncommon to clearly see the bulge of a bio-man, too.

alot of times sweat pants make your dick much more noticeable this guy i know has a rather small penis but his bulge is much bigger in sweat pants. also my younger brother only wears sweat pants and its really weird because you can see the outline of his dick almost all of the time.
