Hi!
Although I am not trans, one of my best lifelong friends is.
I guess I have always wanted to understand being trans/genderqueer etc better, so I started googling stuff, and somehow ended up here. I have looked around for a few months and I have gained a bunch of new perspectives!
Sometimes I see a thread I want to comment on, so I made this account.
Just in case anyone wonders why I am on here, I don't want to intrude at all or anything.

Allison, that's great! The best ally is someone who knows and understands the wide range of Trans issues. You are a good friend for wanting to educate yourself on the subject. In the long run you will strengthen your long term friendship even more.
