Not bleeding but cramps, mood swings, cravings, fatigue, pelvic pressure, etc.

Probably only if you wind up with estrogen dominance. That is, when your estradiol levels are way above your progesterone levels.

Well.. you will get mood swings probably lol.. but welcome to estrogen.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

don't know. Most dont report getting them except for the moodyness and irritability. I got that plus the cramping and bloating, which I've heard is extremely rare. It could be due to an intersex condition I didn't know about or I could just be that lucky. At first, it was, " Eugh, I hope these meds dont make me feel this way forever." By the 3rd month: "This has to be what a monthly cycle feels like. interesting.." 6 months: "Oh no! not again" 1 year: "Bring it on so I can get back to the rest of my life."

It really isn't all it's cracked up to be, it sucks. But, hey, it's womanhood. Comes with the territory. and if genetic women can deal with it, so can I. If you get the full Monty, I'm sorry. if you just get the moodyness or a little short tempered, great! you lucked out. ^_^

I get moodiness and fatigue, for sure.
No cramps or all that other stuff though.

Bleeding? No, because you don't have the neccessary internal plumbing.
As for the other symptoms, all I have experienced in that area is sore breasts when they have a growth phase.  Maybe I am lucky, but I am on a very low dose which appears to be sufficient.

Definitely moodiness yeah, Fatigue is a yes also, plus cravings, are completely natural symptoms from taking hormones, they can make you want to eat more, in Natal women who are pregnant they feel they have to provide food for 1 more on board so to speak, in us, it has a different effect to that, but we still have the cravings. Of course as were all individuals we all have different symptoms, so you may or may not get any of these symptoms at all :)

Lots of fatigue for me and the moodiness can be through the roof, sometimes I just start crying for no reason at all. No cramps or cravings, the emotional rollercoaster is what hits me the hardest.

I think all humans experience everything you mentioned at some point in their lives.

I have been on HRT for many years and have great difficulty in sleeping! I also too seem to eat more than I should.

It's funny that I forgot about that especially since I was online at 4:00am. I used to get 7-8 hours a night, now I get 5-6 a night.
