'Struth' cobber. Watcha goin' on 'bout. Startin' ta sound a bit peddy-antic ifya ask me Blue.
I thawt everyone spoke 'Strine'. Short fur, Aussie, mate! Can't bloody well help ya Bluey. Bit beyond my edification me thinks.

But in fact you raise a good point Devlyn. I know I've been caught out on a few occasions lately, as the spell checker doesn't work since there has been a few connections or bandwidth problems. Well at least it doesn't work on this side of the 'creek'.'
Sure, spelling is important to me, particularly when the correction feature is available. The grammatical syntax that you've highlighted is important too, as reading and writing are our principle and primary forms of communication and relationship building here. However to take it further, which I'm not sure you are suggesting, may have the opposite affect. (Or is that effect?)
To be perceived as a cohort of University PHD (Post Hole Diggers) (Please excuse the Aussie scarism), graduates may produce a negative result from a visitor, potential family member, thinking this is too high brow for them ,as they may already be suffering anxiety from diagnosed or undiagnosed GID.
I think one of the unique qualities of the family here at Susan's is the uniquely individual dialects that turn up in many posts. See; even that last statement I made
"that turn up in many posts" I don't think is in the Queens English, grammatical correct. (Probably a throw back from my convict heritage

)
Nevertheless, lets leave the topic on the table and see where it goes.
Be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs

P.S. Just perchance before leaving I tried the Spell Check. Damn thing works now. It certainly struggled with the earlier 'Stine' but did pick up one legitimate spelling mistake. It was the word 'individual' which must have been the result of my dyslexic fingers
