Hi had grs operation one year and three months ago and it didnt succeed. Had scrotal skin craft and Pichet was my surgeon so I can kinda blame myself too for going to (at least semi) butcher but I wasnt so good using internet back then and was extra naive thinking all surgeons are almost same (and noone of my friends had any better knowledge and doctors also didnt have or just did not give) and just googled few thai surgeons (since they do so many operations and are cheap) and picked one. So what happened is I ended up with no labia minora or majora bit swollen urethra ending and bit over 4 inch depth which I bothered dilate for few months once a day and now it has dropped to 3,5 inch. I have now only scar tissue where my labia minora and majora should be. My clit is non-visible but at least its there and quite sensitive too. Only that it extends downward (or right under it is, not quite sure) to bit of corposa cavernosa but it doesnt hurt or anything (maybe even create more sensation becouse it gets hard?), only reminds penis which is really annoying. Also vaginal opening is quite sensitive all around and right at the upper top of it I have this weird clitors or g-spot type of thing dont quite know what it is maybe g-spot? is that where it should be? So working sensation is positive and have even reached two orgasm that were as powerful as male orgasm and always when I masturbate I reach many times this very nice climax which im not even sure if it is minor orgasm. But what I kinda want to know is how much im missing sensation for not having everything like should (in addition of that it makes me really really angry sad depressed and anxious).

So what I wanted ask is those of you that have labia majora and minora how much of sensation comes from there (eventhought it is only a ex-scrotal skin I know). Is labia minora anywhere near as sensated as clit for example or is it like rubbing your scrotum sack used to be(normal skin sensitivity).

And what I really came here to ask is what can I do? I read some related topics but didnt find anything. I know my depth can be fixed but what about other issues. Not only its disgustingly ugly but it makes me non-passable. Is there a surgeron who creates labia majora and minora, cuts my swollen urethra ending and removes corposa cavernosa and makes me finally happy about my body.

My thought is this. Contact reputable surgeons and see if there is anything they can do for you.

It does not sound like you are missing on sensation. My labia don't do a lot for me. Of course they feel, but sexually they are not that important. The sensitivity you have sounds very like mine and I don't think you are missing out on sensitivity. In fact you orgasm a heck of a lot more easier than I do.  The sensitivity at the top of the vagina is probably your prostate, I like that too.

So  sensitivity side sounds good. Depth is not necessarily a problem. With diligent dialation you might be able to gain a little more depth. But for comparison I have a germen friend with 4 inches of depth and she ->-bleeped-<-s a ton of guys and they don't know any better.  So in that sense what you have can be functional. But if it bothers you you could get one of the colon segment things (though I personally think you can work with what you got to everyones satisfaction, but the option is there)

Cosmetically it sounds like you are not too happy. They can definitely fix some of the things - like the corposa cavernosa can be fixed. That is a not uncommon problem. The urethra ending is another not uncommon problem and entirely fixable (I have that too, and plan a little revision at some stage) .  I'm not sure they can reconstruct labia minora, but they might be able to tidy up some of the scaring, and your clit.

So my advise is start contacting surgeons, asking them if you could get a consult, send some photos, and save your monies.

OMG. I am so sorry.
I saw the same surgeon and have no clitorus at all, no labia minora and a distended uretra and vaginal canal.
I hope to see a surgeon soon (within a year).
He also failed to remove enough cavernosa to allow a dilator  (or man) larger than a #2. Its quite painful when I become aroused.
Did he supply a dilation schedule?

You had stage 1 of the 2-stage type of SRS. Now you need labiaplasty to smooth out things (get labia, clitoral hooding and fix urethra.

This are known issues with this technique of SRS and you should have been aware of them but whats done its done and now I hope you can get things fixed to your contentment.

I recall from my surgery, I didn't get Labia Minora either. I got the clit, labia majora vagina, urethra etc, surgeon said she doesn't do the Labia Minora, because basically she didn't believe it looks convincing or appears right. Scrotal skin not being the same as a females Labia Minora anyway. Oh don't worry the one I had was called the Butcher of Rhyl. Yet she did a very good job, and I got a good depth on my vagina too.

Do you mean by labiaplasty by skin crafting from donor skin? Have anyone done it? Most of the surgeons I contacted wrote that's there nothing they can do to make a labia since I have no skin left only scar tissue. Others wanted to me to come for consultation before they could say more but claimed all could be fixed? Problem is that I really dont have time or money to travel around the world to do consultations.
