....and now I have wine! A gallon made from raisins, and a quart I didn't mention before because I didn't know if it would work. I used mangoes, it's a suprising wine! Clear as water for some reason. The yeast died off before finishing the sugar, so it's sweet, but the alcohol content seems right up there! My friends call it "White Lightning" but it's wine, not shine! Hugs, Devlyn
