Ok my next appointment at the trans center is not for a month, my doctor is gone on a hiatus or something and wont be back till then.

I am wondering if anyone else has these effects.
I will be standing or sitting someplace and I will put my hand on my bare leg or arm or neck or anywhere on my body and I will feel super warm, like i have sun burn or something, but im quite certain its not, since im not red.

so, symptoms?
Fluttering heart?
Very warm skin

could this be because the spiro im taking lowers my blood pressure?
Or maybe its the estrogen?

this kind of has me worried a bit.

Generally we don't detail doses (in other words, edit your post before the mods do  ;) )...but anyway...I'm on Spiro and E, and the past week or so I'll get an itch, scratch it, and the itch returns with a vengeance.

I have to force myself to not scratch...but the skin area does get very warm and looks vaguely like a small poison ivy patch.

Based on what I've read, it's a reaction to the Spiro. I'm going to mention it to my Endo next week but unless he says something I'm going to stay on it. It's not excrutiating.

No heart flutters etc for me.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Women my age get the hot flashes due to the pulsing of the estrogen towards and in menopause.  Some don't even turn red.  This may pass.  If it doesn't by your next appointment, ask your doctor.  If you feel that your heart is palpitating too often and causing you dizzy spells, urgent care center pronto!  It well be nerves as well.  You are just starting.
My skin is drier, but less itchy with the scaling and the age spots fading!

HRT always caused me to get extremely hot at night and my back to itch in a certain place and I'd sweat like a menopausal woman. The testes eventually shrink to the size of peas as does the prostate. I was treated as if I had the clap at two different hospitals because of a discharge. (uh-you have to have had sex to get that don't cha...Duh!) It turns out that the discharge was caused by the collapsing  prostate as it pushed the remaining seminal fluid out of the urethra. That was over ten years ago before an orchiectomy and after having been on HRT for several years. Have fun!  ;D

I get hut flushes at times, and my legs sometimes itch unbearably at night.
I am only on  a low Estrogen dose, no AA's and my T level is below the analyser's lower detectable limit.

When I had the kind of warm / hot feeling you're describing in my leg, it was a blood clot forming. Taking an aspirin returned it to a normal state.

It sounds like the estrogen may be in on this. I too notice that my thighs, and sometimes hands are VERY warm.
