Members of the community are invited to attend an open meeting to discuss the state of transgender civil rights in Massachusetts. The meeting will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 1 p.m. in O'Leary Auditorium, Room 222, 62 Wilder St., South Campus, Lowell.
