So what way do you face when sleeping, or are you all over the place?

I face right
I face left
I face the cieling
I roll around, so no real set direction
I sleep upside down! I'm a vampire
On my belly

I used to sleep on my belly, but now, I often get creases from the pillow or whatever that sometimes take 5-6 hours to clear up!!! UGLY!!! So, I'm now sleeping on my back, took quite awhile to get used to it. Also, when I sleep on my stomach, I sometimes get puffy upper-eyelids (not lower) in the morning, especially if ate a bit too much salt the day before (that takes 1-2 hours to clear).

All of this is probably due to old age...  ;D

I can't seem to stay in any one position for too long. My mattress is old though, so it's hard to get comfortable.

My covers are almost always on the floor(or almost completely) when I wake up.

roll around.  sometimes on my belly.  never on my back, that feels way too weird.

generally on my left side, though i toss and turn and talk in my sleep a lot... the wall is to my left so it feels safer...

I should sleep on my back. It's the only position that doesn't cause my back to hurt after I was in a car wreck, but I just can't fall asleep like that. So I usually start on one side or the other and switch at least once during the night (usually twice).

I'm a wild sleeper so whatever works best for me.

The only constant about my sleep is that my head faces north.  Otherwise I sleep all over the place, or at least as much as possible since my 16 lb dog seems to take up more room than me.

I roll around and then end up on my back.

Because of my various injuries I wake up and change positions several times every night

Like Pixie I have a back injury so really have no choice but to lie on my back.  >:(

With legs spread, ever hopefull

Blahahahaah, that made me laugh. Especially because this week my friend went into his bedroom and his boss was laying on his bed with her legs wide open, with another man standing at the side ready to pounce. Seems like this week will be all about spread legs.

Your friend, no doubt "sizing up" the situation, must have thought to himself, "That certainly is a sticky wicket."  ;)

Whoa! Never found my boss in my bed, and I'm glad.

I start on my back, then flip-flop from side to side. My shoulders get too crunched if I only sleep on my sides. Where's that old geezer emoticon...

I face right most of the time, or up. If I'm facing up I tend to fold my arms over my chest or belly.

I don't feel comfortable unless I'm sleeping in a small bed with something over it. A compact space.
