For those that have been on HRT for a while:

When your facial fat started getting deposited higher in your face, how long since you noticed the first changes in it, did it take for the end result to come? For example, let's say you started seeing facial fat changes in your 8th month or so.. did it finally stop changing at the 1.5 year mark? The 2 year mark? Longer? Shorter?

I started seeing changes in that the fat in my face started noticeably depositing in a more feminine way about 2-3 weeks ago. Dunno how long I should expect these changes to occur.

I think this would be a very difficult question to answer, because fat redistribution is so gradual that we barely notice it. I noticed at around 2 months, that my slight butt chin filled out, so when I press my finger on it, I can still feel the split, but it's filled with fatty tissue.

I honestly could not tell you when I started seeing my face change, I can tell you when I did notice, it was kind of an eye-opener. I had just woke up at the time. I was in the bathroom and I happened to glance up at my reflection and It did not look like a guy in the mirror to me at all. I saw me! It's kind of like when Sam saw who's body he had jumped into on Quantum Leap. I hope my face keeps changing though because I don't see myself as pretty or anything.

I can't provide a complete answer at all, but I've just started to notice slight changes in my facial fat at a little over 2.5 months of HRT.

I'm also interested in knowing about this.

I noticed a slight change in the first couple months... just an overall rounding of the face... but now it's getting more dramatic. And the dramatic change happened all of a sudden. It's like I went from looking 90% male to 80% female in 2 weeks.

Oh. Weird, but cool. I'm looking forward to it.

A... it's an awesome feeling when you look in the mirror 1 day and say "I might actually pass..."

Ive noticed change around now..I'm at 2 months. My face is softer and people I haven't told are looking at me funny, gonna be fun when I start back school next week.  I'm curious to know this as well though, I just wanted to join in!
