does Dr. Gary J. Alter charge for top surgery? Does anyone know...or know where to look online for a price range? Last resort is to call. I checked his website but unlike Dr. Garramone the price doesn't show. Just wanted to see where and how far I stand from getting top surgery. Thanks.

I tried to but there's only 3 guys on there and none of them have prices.  I think two of them were coverted by insurance.

I have heard that this particular surgeon is pricey compared to others. Can't you e-mail his office?
