My friend lost his job due to too many injuries, so we will not be able to get a place together, and I was a little bummed.

I was texting one of my friends that I told was trans, and she said that they have to find a new place. She just got engaged to an awesome hippy guy, and we all get along pretty well. This is the friend that told me that I could stay with her for a while if I didn't have a place to stay. We started talking, and the next thing we know, the three of us are driving around town during our lunch breaks looking for houses together.

We found a beautiful little house in a very good community, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, for $625 a month. Thought it was too good to be true. If all goes well, we will be moving in on the 1st of June. I am currently looking for a second job so I can start paying for the stuff I need to start transitioning.

This brings me new hope because she knows who I am and she accepts me, and her fiance accepts me as well. I got the key to the place to go look inside of it today, and it was exactly what we were all looking for. It is in the middle of town, and I cannot believe that the rent is so cheap, almost seems too good to be true.
