My voice is naturally feminine, no Adam's apple, my height (5'5), mannerisms.. Not sure about my face though. I get most of my looks from my Mum.

Bad side: I'm as stocky as a LOTR dwarf, dark facial hair, masculine hairline.

The Good: Long eye lashes; naturally soft skin; no balding at all and an incredibly thick head of golden-blonde hair; ability to work my voice very well; full lips; upturned upper lip close to my nose' smallish hands for my size; smaller Adam's Apple; not too much bossing; a good head on my shoulders; .

The Bad: Very Tall (~6'2); large amount of upper muscle mass (I assume this will dissipate on HRT); kind of narrowish butt (again, give me HRT and give that butt life... As I look at it :)... Overall, with HRT, I optimistically think I'll just have to struggle with the challenges a "tall" woman faces, hopefully!

QuoteI too have slim wrists, which bugged me as a guy but which pleases me nowadays!

Oh yes, me too!!! My arms were thin too and I spent ages doing vigorous Japanese drumming and now I am still waiting for that muscle mass to fade away.

I have hardly any Adam's apple.

Long wavy blonde hair that looks like it already has highlights in it! It is also nice and soft to the touch.......from that description I suppose everyone can tell that I LOVE my hair!! :D

Long eyelashes.

On the downside my attitude towards my brow ridge hovers on the boundary between irritation and acceptance, and I have dark circles under my eyes that never seem to totally disappear, although I can hide them with makeup.

I used to have nice strong nails, but now they became all weak and flaky. I blame HRT for that.

pretty

Well, I'm normal height (5'5), slight build, I have a tiny waist and a good waist-hip ratio, high cheekbones, big luscious lips, a dramatic heart-shaped face, no body hair and not much facial hair, zero hair loss.

The only natural feature I feel is working against me is that my nose bridge is not as slim as I would like. I would also like a bit smaller rib cage but it is not too bad, like 33" underbust.

Honey, you cut it 10/10 not a question, even if you'd sound like a grizzly bear, he he. Which I'm quite sure you don't. Sexyyyy :)
IT WORKS!

Axélle
Luckily I don't sound like a grizzly bear, but sometimes, after talking to customers all day, my voice gets a tad horse due to the air in the store. But cough drops help with that. But I'm not sure about the 10/10, I still can get clocked at times if someone is looking for something off.  Thanks though:)

Jaime, try wearing a scarf inside. Actors and singers do that all the time to protect their voice. It'll give you an artist look, haha.

And drink a lot of water.

I get hot when I'm working due to moving around so much, even when the air in there is cold. I think there are alien spores residing in the air ducts in there, but no one wants to believe me on that.  And I smoke, I know its bad, but I'm trying to do something about that. I do need to drink more water though, I've mostly been drinking coffee at work and that's probably more of a diuretic effect than I need.

Hmmm...let's see.  And I added more good and bad today to my list

Good stuff:
Fine bone structure
Very nice legs-thighs especially
Really good skin/complexion
Height: 5'3.5"
Very thick hair, no thinning or balding
Eyes
Jaw line
No brow bossing
nice eyebrows
small hands and feet
Almost no body hair already, who knows why, but it makes me happy
good starting point for hips; they are not narrow
narrow shoulders
Bigger, girly looking derrier
great genes- not because i say so, because my doctor volunteered that
i am in excellent health and very fit

Now for the things that are a pain in the arse:
Voice sucks right now, need vocal training
I need braces for sure
my nose could be smaller, much smaller
my age- I'm 33!
Very high metabolism
Hair is waaaaaaaay too short- must grow
Legs-nicley shaped but are a little short
Chin-not masculine but also not feminine either-could go either way
NO BOOBS! that's okay I'm only just starting hrt tomorrow
Beard!   Its a light beard, but it has to go.....zap, zap, ZAP!
still have too much muscle.....has to go!
;D

The good:
Smallish build
Small feet(uk size 6)
hands are female average size apparently.
34" underbust that would go down if I lost some of the fat there.
39" hips that im hoping hrt will help with.
good cheekbones so im told.
Almost no body hair (just hair on forearms and legs).
Small adams apple.

The bad:
5'7" height, wish I would shrink a bit.
No butt at all, I hope hrt and exercise will help.
Skinny legs.
Fat belly (34").
Face in general, especially lips nose and forehead.
My age (32)

I'm noticing that people are putting early thirties as being bad. Heck, its not that bad. Plenty of us transition later than that and turn out ok. I suppose the main thing we miss is more years as ourselves, but transitioning late doesn't have to necessarily mean bad results.

True, but if I had started when I first came out it would have been 13-14. 18 years delay aint great, but its my own fault for not being stronger.

I have small hands too. Only with stubby fingers like Lisa Simpson. :P
Also good cheek bones I guess and facial structure. like little to no brow bossing. I've always had very fine body hair too.

On the down side, eyebrows that get as thick as hedges.

The good:
Long legs
Cutesy eyes
Thin arms and wrists
Tiny hands (for my height)
Well-developing breasts
Small feet (for my height)
Soft, round butt
Round hairline
Pale skin and dark hair
No Adam's apple

The neutral:
Short, a little fat fingers
Hair with the tendency to curl
Somewhat thin lips
Brown freckles all over my body
Lack of visible cheek(bones?) when not smiling

The bad:
Height (5'11" - 180cm)
Ribcage size
Really wide shoulders (around 16 inches)
Wide jaw
Prominent chin (though luckily the parted middle filled out with hormones)
Rather large head
Typical male forehead and browline
An indent between my hip bones and hips (goes outward, inward, and outward again) <- really annoying me
Thick hair, and covered all over with it (except my back), so I can get them potentially lasered

um I meant this more of a section where you could post the things you more or less liked about yourselves...but carry on! :P

What features do you have that you feel work for, rather than against, you.

The good points:
My voice!
my nose!
my upper thighs!
My height (5' 7")
small feet!
no body hair!

The bad points:
Small breasts!
small butt!
belly fat!
thin top lip!
thin hips!

The good:

Naturally larger hips than waist
Petite figure and not too tall at 5'7
Amazing skin, as I have been told by dermatologists, although I do little more than moisturising my face, but I avoid foundation apart from special occasions. With this I get hardly any spots and never did as a teenager
No facial hair
No under arm hair until nineteen
Quite a fine jawline and not too masculine brow, thanks to dad not looking too masculine
Nice eyes
Able to laugh, shout and sing in a female voice, but only through practice and having a singing background. Speaking took a lot of voice changing but was fairly straightforward

The bad:
Huge nose, not too bad from the front, but from the side, I cast a similar shadow to a Concorde!
Frizzy hair that's thin and takes ages to dry, although my sister has the same problem
Not much breast growth beyond an a cup, but it comes from being thin
It takes balls to go through SRS!

Yes, I understand and agree.  So many years lost to not being able to just be who we are....but there's a lot of years left to go, fortunately.
