She's been unhappy because I can't give her kids but she stayed with me because she really cares about me and wants to make sure I'm okay. I couldn't stand seeing her miserable like this anymore so I told her to move on and be with a normal guy. Why do I feel like ->-bleeped-<- right now? Did I do the right thing? Why do I have to be a stupid GIRL??!???
Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better. And so are you!

You feel like crap, because you have broken up with your girlfriend.  Regardless of the circumstances you would have, it is perfectly understandable.  If she was not going to be able to stay with you long term without resenting you, it would only have become worse as time went on.
It sucks, but it will pass eventually.
My ex and I were married for 25 years , but  I wouldn't have felt any different if it had been a month.

Bball, you are a sensitive person and you obviously send a lot of love and caring into the world.

I hope you can appreciate how beautiful that makes you.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Thank you guys so much =) I'm still not over it yet, but I can say that I am coping better than I expected to. On the bright side, we're still "best friends," and she is still willing to support me through my transition.

I wouldn't worry about that. Even genetic males can be unable to help produce children of their own.
