You have come to the right place for your question. Search engines, key in breast forms for men or silicone breast forms. Silicone are the best starting around US $150 and range upwards of $1,00 or more. The silicone is covered by a velvety soft polyurethane skin. Being a plastic surface can't replicate the feel of skin but, the silicone is pliable like a female breast. Online sites have tables to figure the size right for your measurements. There are spray on or tape adhesives to go braless (depends on size) or secure to chest for wearing a bra. The weight of the forms when adhered to your chest jiggle when you move. Hope this helps.

Try "Pals" brand. MUCH more comfortable than the plastic covered silicone things. I use the push up size but they come in a LOT of different sizes and are very reasonably priced.

Just make sure that you are comfortable wearing forms before spending a lot of money.

Most people will have no problems, but for some people it can cause feelings of dysphoria to increase because they are "yours."

Sorry for the late reply.  E-Bay or www.thebreastformstore.com are two options to get these online.  The second one is a little more expensive but they have really nice ones and are very discreet.

I bought silicone breast forms from The Breast Form Store and I'm very happy with them.

They are very discreet and TG-friendly; my forms arrived in a completely generic brown box with no hint as to the contents.
