You better take a nap.

I laughed at that and I worked and I liked how much my grip has improved.

I took a nap, yelled at my kid a bit, took an oatmeal bath, stood on the porch awhile and watched the trains, and spent a lot of time lying around. Also debrided and disinfected. That part was yucky.

Walked the dog repeatedly, worked in the garden, got sunburnt, shot a varmint, went grocery shopping, made sloppy joes, and of course, posted at Susans! Hugs, Devlyn

Oh, and I did the thirty day racking of my dandelion wine. Four gallons of liquid sunshine! Hugs, Devlyn

I talked with a friend, went to work, and jumped onto the internet.  Now I'm about to go get food 'cause I'm starving.

I also keep getting upset over stupid stuff.

@ Liam:

Can I live with you? xD Your place sounds so cool.

I had breakfast with my daughter, visited the GLBT Historical Society's museum in San Francisco, did stairway walk # 19 (Corona Heights), then came home and did a load of dishes and cleaned the stove.

I challenged my social anxiety and went to the strip mall to get the Pringles I wanted even though it was after school, and teens take up the entire sidewalks around the strip mall. I was practically dying before I went, almost at the verge of a panic attack, but made myself go because I knew if I didn't I'd be feeding the anxiety and ultimately making it worse. So...it was fine once I got there. I felt nervous in some parts, but held up my head, and claimed my victory Pringles.

Congrats! :D  Pushing yourself into situations that cause anxiety are a great way to over come it. :3  I have social anxiety and to help overcome it I was instructed to enter situations that make cause the anxiety to spike.  After two years, I've gotten loads better.  Hell, I went to a movie on Saturday by myself and that would have been impossible even a month ago.

Teaching last semester also helped greatly with my social anxiety.  I now know I can live through the anxiety -- that it isn't going to kill me.

...shot a varmint...

Oh, goodness! I misread that as "shat" at first glance and it immediately brought to mind urban myths about Richard Gere. Anyway, I am glad you are dealing effectively with your varmint problem.  >:-)
