I hope this isn't a repeat or anything but any suggestions on how to start T? Just call a doctor? Not a fan of phones or even leaving the house really, I'm quite socially retarded. But then that kind of happens when you fear being outed by family or someone else or any other myriad of things that can go wrong.  :(

Some doctors do informed consent. Others require a letter of recommendation from a therapist. So you'd be best off looking for a therapist and talking through things. There is no "easy" way to get T. It's a slow process but if you're willing to stick it out, it is more than likely going to be worth it
