Finally got the courage to send my dad the letter that I had made for him. I wanted to do it in person, but due to living distance it just was not plausible. He got the letter today after work and to my amazement it was the best possible outcome. He said that he loves me for being his child and this changes nothing  to him. He was also very curious and he said he will have some questions.

As of right now I have nothing to fear from anyone anymore  ;D

Any tips?

I just told him straight up everything pretty much. From how long I had been on Hormones to about doctors visits. I added about my wife supporting me etc. I really think each person takes it differently. Thankfully my dad is a very open minded person, So that may have been alot to this.
