WOW!  I don't know about anyone else but I thought that was exceptional.  I did feel so sad for the little girl who was about 10-11.  You could see the pain in her eyes and it looks like she's going to have some anger issues to work through.

I thought it was great how their parents was embracing their children and allowing them to be who they really are; made me wish that all of our parents would have been as brave.

Good show.  Parents need to help coach children instead of imposing their will on children.  However this is easier said than done.  But I am not sure if modifying your jeans at a young age (i.e. 6) is a critical point since the Scottish people can wear a kilt and are not considered female.  TG is very complicated and not easy to diagnose since it is not very common.
