Hey guys.
I used to be pretty obese. We're talking at 5'9 weighing around 250 lbs. I got that down to around 180 my freshman year in college(I had a body fat content of around 17 percent, so I had a lot of muscle definition*hard work without T*). However, due to extreme depression I put on about 20 more pounds the following year. I lost some weight again after seeing my therapist and discussing the possibilities of transitioning. I was happier, and I felt more motivated to exercise. BUT then when I started T - my appetite grew substantially and I gained about 20 lbs, and I know some of that was muscle growth but I also know some of it wasnt. I was taking a large course load and I got lazy and ate like crap
I'm 8 months and a half months on T, and now I work out pretty regularly, and my appetite has seemed to go back to normal(sort of). I've lost 15 pounds in about a month.
I know how to eat properly(even though I can't always afford to lol), but I guess what I was asking for by starting this thread is some work out circuits that some of you guys do. Any recommendations will definitely be tried out. I'm hoping to get down to 170-185 by the end of the summer, with a body fat of around 15 percent, and if it doesn't happen by summer, then oh well.. I'll keep working at it.
Also, have any of you experienced major weight fluctuation and what did you do about it to maintain it?
