I was informed today that I have an intake appointment next month and that a therapist has been assigned to me. I looked up the therapist, and there was only one on-line review by a consumer, but, it was a good review with a 5 out of 5 given for the score. I'm going in with an open mind.

I can almost feel the relief coming! I can't wait to meet the new therapist, who is a psychologist specializing in my areas of concern. I will be taking my list I spoke about in my GID thread, and presenting it.

I'm both excited and nervous, but that is quite normal I believe.

Enjoy the sessions and look positively at them. The more you put in the more you will get out of them.

That's the BEST news I heard all week, Dawn.

Hopefully you'll have all your questions answered AND more. Wait till you start HRT. That's the real rollercoaster ride you'll enjoy. And you thought it was impossible to laugh and cry at the same time. Guess what?

Well excited and nervous are just some of the feelings and emotions that can all be tacked together, and used for just one event. You can go to a party with at least a dozen emotions in tow and still enjoy yourself. Bet you couldn't do that in your former life.
