In 2001 and 2003, these "hate crimes" definitions were placed into the Government Code, forcing business owners and landlords -- under threat of a state investigation and a $150,000 fine (without a trial) -- to abandon their moral convictions and hire transsexuals, bisexuals and homosexuals (AB 1001 and AB 196).

In 2005, these sexual lifestyles from the "hate crimes" statutes were expanded throughout the Labor Code, prohibiting every business that is open to the public from saying "no" to transsexual, bisexual, and homosexual customers or clients in restaurants, motels, and "businesses of every kind" (AB 1400).

THey keep this up, they are going to need a "Christians" hate crime bill soon.

Reading about all those laws against prejudicial discrimination being passed make me think the Deity is on our side.

Will the X-tian fascists ever realize that?  If they do, they'll never admit it - they get too much traction (and fund raising opportunities) when they complain about it.

Reading about all these laws make Cali much more inviting to me.  Maybe I can convince spouse that earthquakes won't harm us because G's on OUR side!

They are paranoid that one of us will end up teaching their kids.  I would really like to know for the record.... just how many post-op transsexuals have been convicted of child molestation.  And then let's compare that statistic to heterosexual men.

I almost feel bad for these people. I mean, it must be horrible to wake up every day and watch reality eating away more and more at the ignorance and willful stupidity that gives them such comfort and sense of purpose in life...

Oh, good one. >  Then let them try to claim we're the immoral ones.  It seems to me they are suggesting that practicing hatred and violence towards people they don't even know is considered moral.
