My situation with T is slightly complicated. I've only recently been on T, legally, for 5 weeks now. I take the cypionate injections every week. Prior to that I was on illegal low dose patches and a mix of anti-estrogens and estrogen blockers for a month, then only the estrogen blockers and anti-estrogens for 4 months, then illegal gels for roughly 2 months after (only had a 1 1/2 month supply, so extended the 1/2 month supply to 1 month).
Prior to being on legal T I was using the blocker (a synthetic estrogen that blocks estrogen receptors) to cut my menstrual cycle short (1-2 days). I haven't taken it since starting on the cypionate, but recently within the last two weeks I've had random cramps once every two or three days, and over the last 3 days I've had small amounts of blood show up on tissue paper (just enough to leave a pink tint but not enough to look like blood) twice.
Under normal circumstances in what way does menstruation tend to cease? What were your experiences?
I've never really discussed it with anyone who's been on T. My only friend who took T took the pills illegally for a year prior to getting surgery in Taiwan, and he never had that experience.
Despite using illegal T, I've tried to keep up with, plan, and be careful with what I use. I've always informed doctors and reported side affects and such. I had to make a move to another city less than a month after getting my first prescription filled, and haven't been able to get a blood test. I have to find a new doctor here before I can do that. So I wanted to see if this sort of thing is normal for those on T or if it may be different because of the medicines I took previously.
