Sex was why South African 800m runner and Olympic gold contender Caster Semenya was arguably the world's most talked-about athlete a few years ago. Was she really female, or male? In 2010, after extensive medical testing, the International Association of Athletics Federations cleared Semenya to continue competing in women's races, and this summer, she may well take first place at the 2012 London Olympics. Winning gold would be a singular victory on the track. Would it have other meaning outside the stadium?

This sounds really interesting. Wish I could make there to attend!
