When i was 4 yrs old i started having an intense fear of others seeing my genitals. not my legs, body ect just my "privates" It was so bad that it affected major life choices so i could avoid the dreaded showers at Jr high school. Even still i cant pee if someone else is standing next to me in the bathroom. No intense anti genital programming even though they tried to make me catholic. Otherwise i feel fine about having male genitals. Im even taking T so i can trans from m2M and then M2A but The T is turning to E in me and i like the feelings of femininity better  so maybe i should go  on E and move to A2F Oy...

This is a very common condition among males called shy kidney. A lot of cis guys have it too.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

I too suffer from shy bladder, so I feel your pain. I'm a male suffering from GID, wanting to be female. Oddly enough, I can urinate in the women's bathroom no problem. I've always urinated sitting down. I never understood why guys stand. In fact, I think I developed shy bladder because I was afraid of guys seeing my legs in a sitting position under the stall door, but hearing the tinkling noise of urine.

Lack of attachment to my genitals also played a large part. When you don't feel connected to them its kinda hard to get them to do the bodily functions required of them.

That doesn't sound like dysphoria to me, but by all means, if you want to experiment... then go for it.
