I've gotten in touch with Dr. Cohen and Dr. Crantz (2 docs recommended by my therapist).  Cohen has nothing available until Nov. 2, and Crantz isn't sure about accepting new patients so he'll (presumably) call me back. I'm told that Whitman-Walker is a long process, as well.

In the meantime, any suggestions? Bonus points if you know they take Aetna.

It took me a few months for Whitman-Walker. I tried getting an appt in july or august of last year and wound up finally starting hormones in november so it's definitely a process. They're amazing there though

It turns out they don't take my insurance plan, and the only way they'd take me is as a primary medical patient, so no dice there for now.
