Have you started working out recently and did you have a mediocre diet before you began working out?
Unless you're doing a ton of cardio to combat it, you're going to gain and in all of the wrong ways if this is your situation.
I had a problem with my increase in appetite over the first few months on testosterone and when doubled with the incrase in appetite I got from trying to build muscle, I ate way too much and most of what I put into my body was also "garbage".
Technically, testosterone is supposed to speed up your metabolism, so you shouldn't be gaining a lot of "actual weight" (this does not include water weight) unless you're eating foods that could easily spin your calories out of control.

I don't have problems with increased appetite, but I think it's because I already eat a lot of protein. On a few occasions, I have fallen off the protein wagon, so to speak, and my appetite ramped up enormously. Also, if I don't get a fairly generous portion of high-protein food early in the day, I become extremely tired and distracted.

You can try making protein shakes too.
Drinking a lot of water also tends to be pretty thermogenic.

thanks Jason. i have been drinking water a lot. I used to drink a lot of energy drinks, but I haven't really felt the need to have them lately. So no soda, no energy drinks. Just alot of water.

i had weight gain i think 5lbs but it was nearly all muscle and my fat moved to my gut. i find its best to just eat alot of food that is good for you and alot of protein as protein tends to fill you up and keep you full.
