I didn't think anyone was doing "twilight" surgery (you're not under general) for chest reconstruction any more. Is that because he is doing the surgery in his office/"spa," instead of a hospital? I ended needing to stay in th hospital overnight, because of blood pressure issues, so I'm speaking from my own experience here.
I also think it is interesting that the doctor considers this "elective cosmetic surgery," and "never" takes insurance. The American Medical Assn calls it medically necessary, and more and more insurance companies are providing coverage.
