Introducing Susan Stanton - St. Petersburg Times

She had spent years planning for this day. In the last month, she had frantically built a wardrobe, learned makeup, fretted over her too-short hair. She thought she looked good. Pretty. Professional.

"I always thought Susan's first appearance would be climbing the steps to Largo City Hall, Susan wrote in her journal. Instead, I'll be climbing the steps to Congress." 


You know.. it is strange how the worst things make the most wonderful things possible!

I think she does look pretty. Short hair suites her just fine

She looked so defeated as a man the last time we saw her in the Largo meetings...

She looks resplendant now; the short cut really does suit her. Glad she's finally spreading her wings.

Oh how are feel for her and the last words in the report.

And who here could blame her?

I'll be thrilled if she gets that job in Sarasota, but I think she won't.

Wow, what a difference.  Amazing.  I have a feeling she won't be on the payroll there in Sarasota evert agiain.  But I hope I'm wrong.
