if you get just a routine check up they wont be able to tell you are on T right? im just wondering cuz of school physicals and my school has a doctor so you can get a physical at school and i was wondering if they would test for it just cuz i dont want them thinking im on steroids or something and i dont want to explain my transition to the entire staff of my school.

Not unless they specifically request to test hormone levels which is unlikely.

I would think you would just appear to have normal male levels of T?

Routine blood tests do not do hormones - well not in this country (SA)... nada.

You have to specifically ask for it, they will also need more blood then (my experience) and you have to ask for EACH hormone e.g. Testosterone, Progesterone, Estradiol, Prolactin, and Serum Sex-Hormone-Binding-Globulin (S-SHBG)
I would have done it in any case also to see, where your Free Androgen Index is.

Doing T alone gives a pretty vague indication of your endo-balance.
Just my experience.

Sex hormone levels aren't usually checked on a normal blood panel.
Usual things they check are blood cell counts, liver function, kidney function, blood sugar levels, insulin, and possibly thyroid.  Other assays are only ordered if there is suspicion of something going on.

If you're doing it for sports, it's possible? If not, then I don't think you have to worry because they won't check it.

However, even if it did show up, why would it matter(just curious)?

I mean, if you're on T then you're obviously presenting as male. If you're presenting as male, there are numerous guys that take Testosterone injections as per doctor's orders due to a low T count... and regardless of whether or not they find out, you have a prescription for it which means they can't do jack about it.

It's expensive and so not standard to check for performance enhancing drugs in high school sports. You should be okay.
