i'm very naive, uneducated; i live in a fantasy world.  i suffer from chronic delusion since i always think i can reach the stars.  i need to set my feet on the ground, get off my high horse and mix myself with the manure i've always known.

I too have always been naive.  I've never been able to understand the dirty jokes.  I just don't think that way. I've always reached for the stars Katia.  There's nothing wrong with reaching for the stars AND knowing where your feet are.  Sometimes you need a ladder.

Good for you Hidrix!  I love to cook for my family.  I'm always trying new things and generally I think that they like it.

There was one time when I made chili though that hubby spit it out.  I put grated orange peel in it!  I thought that it was pretty good but he hated it.

and don't work the same muscle group two days in a row.
it gets easier to build bulk as you get older.
you get older, slower, and bulkier.
three times a week, and you will be huge.    

1 year ago I fractured my hand in a cycling accident when a car cleaned me up and a couple of days after that I ended up going into hospital with a over dose and from then I became a frequent flyer at my local hospital for self harm episodes and was diagnosed  with Borderline Personality Disorder,but at least my counsellor has been there through the good and the bad.
