There's a big problem I need help with.
Well, i have very big eyebrows.  And, since I am begginer, I still don't do make-up very good. And I don't know how to cover my eyebrows.
Could you help me, or give me some tips - what to use, how to use...?

Just have them professionally done at least the first time, guys have there brows done so its no biggy.

Unless you have MASSIVE brows you should be moderate. Natalie Portman for instance has beautiful strong eyebrows that help make her one of the worlds' most beautiful women. It's a unique and gorgeous feature that puts her head and shoulders above generic pencil-browed faux-beauties that abound. Obviously I'm one of those people that likes brows, maybe because I don't naturally have much in the way of brows myself... But yeah what Ssindysmith said. Get them done professionally or pluck them. You could get electrolysis. I don't see the point in endlessly shaving or plucking hair you don't want for the rest of your life.

But please, be moderate as you can stand. It's your face and your choice and what you think suits you, ultimately, but nowhere near as many people as you might think like that 5-hair eyebrow look. 

Right now, the fashion is to have significant eyebrows, myself the nose end of the eyebrow is the size of my Iris (which is pretty big) and it tapers towards the arc summit, which is just before the outer eye corner (this is a new thing of the last 10 years, arches used to be above the iris (which I dislike); most models and actress have this kind of arch). From the arch summit it tapers off slightly downward toward the temple. Not everybody has enough strong enough brows initially to pull this off, but many males do. By removing the lower portion of a big honking brow (like mine) you can have a strong beautiful brow. The arch is not very pronounced compared to what was used before and if you give it a slight rise with only a very slight arch, a male can pull it off.

I need some help with COVERING them for my Drag Queen performance.
Last time i did my show, I had silver mask on my face. But for this new performance I am creating, I need to cover them, without plucking them, but just by using some make up.
any advice for that?

Hmm. I don't know anything you could use to cover them, and using white powder or similar is gonna look messy and unconvincing. Any other drag queens know? I think they all pluck them. Sorry I can't be of much assistance.
