Using vibration initially may help get the dilator to depth but I recommend turning off the vibration after that. I think the muscles tend to tense up after a certain amount of vibration. If you turn off the vibration after getting to depth I suspect removing it will be easier and less painful. You could turn it back on just to remove it. I just think too much vibration time causes a uncontrollable body reaction, that of tightening up to avoid damage to the body (in my experience).
