Someone needs to add this knowledge to the wiki. It is of critical importance.
BTW all the women in my life use Meia's method.
I am spatially challenged and anything with a knot tends to go inside out on me, so I do the exact reverse. I will share my WRONG method in case anyone else suffers from the same ma-lady.
1. Lay the duvet or quilt cover down on the bed. Make sure it is open and inviting and well spread out.
2. While standing at the foot of the bed, grab the top two corners of the quilt and hold your hands up. You may need to drape the quilt over one shoulder, supergirl style.
3. Climb in to the duvet cover, hands and head first.
4. When you can go no further, stop. Gently extend one hand into the corner until both the corner of the quilt and the corner of the duvet match. Then kind of pin that down and do the same with the other corner that is in your other hand.
5. Now wiggle yourself back out, taking your time. No rushing in bed!
Like I said, this is entirely the WRONG way to do it. But whatever gets the job done in bed, is always the right way.

If a woman is watching you, she may laugh so hard that she is primed for using the now discreetly covered quilt!
