I think you are looking pretty good...but the face does have a hint of "man" to it (I can't quite place what it is, though...)

I'm curious about what the doc recommended...?
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

I think it is the brow bossing and the nose mainly. There is something about the mouth that looks male...oh I think I know what it is, women usually show teeth when they smile, a lift lip would help but smiling like a women does would help too.

So show us a photo with teeth, hon. :)

I never show my teeth when I smile. I will take a picture when I get chance. The doctor recommended rhinoplasty,
Forehead Lift with Orbital Bony Contouring, chin implant, Adams apple and vertical chin reduction

I'm not an expert, but you look pretty feminine to me, pretty overall.  I agree with the other comments about giving HRT a chance to work.  A year always seems like an eternity, but why spend money having an unnecessary procedure when it can be used for some other purpose down the road?

Thanks!

I'd say that's mostly a good recommendation. (I'm not a doctor, nor do I even work as a sculptor).

Rhinoplasty check
Forehead Lift with Orbital Bony Contouring (is this "brow bossing"?) check
chin implant (not sure why?)
Adams apple check
vertical chin reduction check

Ok, those are my thoughts. Good luck!  :)

I don't know that FFS will be necessary.

Having to live as male and the "testosterone experience"...  I remember when my voice began changing.  It was like testosterone was changing my voice except it was up to me to learn how to play my thickening vocal cords.  I had to learn how to speak again with the masculinized equipment (in order to have a male voice).

For many of us after we go through puberty we re-learn all the things we took for granted as children.  We may learn how to speak again, learn how to smile again, learn how to interact with others again.

It looks to me like you have a look of concentration that you learned after you went through puberty.  You also learned how to smile again except you never became comfortable smiling due to GID.  your discomfort is written on your face and it is making you look less feminine and creating an oddness to the way you look.  I suspect that with time and hormones (estrogen and anti-androgens or orchidectomy) that your face will begin to relax and the real you will begin shining through.

i wont go so far to say ffs would be a waste of money i think however you would do well to wait anouther year to see what the hormones do then maybe some minor surgical things certainly not 40000 dollars worth for sure very cute hun
like a knife that cuts you the wound heals but them scars those scars remain

You need full-on FFS. I can do a morph if you want?

Deep set eyes aren't ugly or masculine in the first place. Yours are clear and beautiful and your eyebrows tastefully styled; not too thin and consisting of hairs instead of pencil lines or worse: tattoos.

I think your nosetip and nostrils need narrowing, yes...but the rest?

No.

10 minute morph...

After:

Keep in mind that if you had the features of the above morph your face would photograph somewhat differently i.e. shadows and highlights would be rearranged to more natural locactions.

Surgeries: Brow contouring, minor brow lift, jaw/chin contouring, rhinoplasty (bridge, nostrils, tip), lip contouring (reduction & augmentation), mouth corner reduction, bullhorn lip lift.

So its mainly my nose and below my nose that would really help.

Something looks odd in the picture. I think its because im smiling.

Will the fat on the lower part of my face go away?

Yes your lower face is very masculine, mainly the mouth area. The fat around your jaw should migrate once you're on HRT, cheek fat will stay.

When I look at women with square jaws. I feel like the only thing I really need is a nose job/chin implant and time on hrt.

Like this?

Of course if you like your jaw angles then don't let the surgeon touch it, and you should wait at least one year on adequate dosage HRT before doing any jaw work.

Chin implant is kinda out of the question, it will make you look more masculine. Square jaw = back of the jaw comes down low, I like that feature too.
