Hi Teela, and welcome.  Judging by your photo Thor just doesn't work.

I have always liked seafood, but since starting HRT  I find myself basically living on it.  I have to make a deliberate  decision to buy red meat or chicken now.  I usually end up with steak and either grill it to have with a salad or in a stir fry. No sausages or burgers really.  It is good I moved to Tasmania, the fish and shellfish here are fantastic.  Only thing we don't have locally is prawns (shrimp to you).

I have also gone off nuts, and don't eat as much chocolate as before.  Weird I know ;)

only reason I gave up nuts is because they are high in natural T.   im a honey roasted cashew addict.    Tasmania? Thats so cool!.  I lived in japan for about 2 years about thats the only real traveling abroad i've ever done, aside from spend a week in canada.

Thanks!, its not my legal name yet,  lots of legal drama over it. Im not a legal michigan resident, even tho im living and working in michigan, my legal address is my parents house down in indiana, so im waiting for them to review all my extra documentation the judge asked for. Hopin for the best.

Hi Teela ,

Another big Aussie (Sydney in fact; not as far south and cold as Tassie is.) welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in and start talking.

Good to see you are enjoying the moving forward stage in your journey. Those little breast pains are a nice feeling, except when you are in a checkout or bank queue and they decide to shoot sharp pain instead. You look funny when you jump unexpectedly while grabbing your offending breast.

And as for changes in diet, 3 months in, all I could or wanted to eat for lunch each day, for a month, was a can of beetroot. I thought I was pregnant   (Not from the lack of wishing  ;D )

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
