I just wanted to post to say that I have been on spiro/estradiol orally for two weeks! I am so happy to have found my true self, and begin the process of medical transition. I feel amazing, calm, and free. I am not certain if I have experienced any true effects yet or if it is more just psychological in regard to how excited I am to be doing this. I did notice my nipples are a Little puffy today! Maybe they are beginning to grow...
