Should have listened to all of your voices of reason when I posted about emotions going wild on me.  When I told the therapist about it she just smiled and said it's o.k. to get emotional, but I have to let some of my guilt and loneliness go.  She does want to redo all the bloodwork anyway, and send me back to the Endo.  She suspects my estrogen will be lowered a bit, and when asked if that was o.k. with me, I jsut said "Of course.  I want to stay healthy, and maybe not get so emotional".   But she said it's going to stay with me as long as I'm taking estrogen. Even if the dose is lowered a little.

Kinda use ot the emotional thing now anyway.  Though it was still embarassing to break down and cry in her office.

Anyway, thank you girls.

Well, you probably aren't the first person to shed tears in her office. Was the Kleenex right there? Keep taking small steps, you're on the right path. Hugs, Devlyn

Cheer up! I barely have any decent amount of oestrogen in my system and I still cried warmly in front of my landlady after my landlord had been mean with me. I think that's more peculiar. :p

Estrogen destroys every roadblock you have for crying but crying in itself is healthy for your eyes.

Its healthy for your mental health as well, it allows us to cope with our feelings.
