I've been binding for about 2 and a half years now and noticed probably a year ago that I have a cyst in both of my breasts. I'm just assuming they are cysts, for I have never told my doctor about it, or been evaluated.

Anyways, is this something that I should be concerned about? Should I tell my doctor?

I haven't been comfortable enough with my body to even consider that they may be hazardous to my health until recently. Not saying they are, it's just that I don't know or not. Okay I'm going off topic.  Thank you in advance!

I would talk to the doctor.  They could be nothing, some people just have fibrous breasts, but they could be something, so better safe than sorry in my opinion.

A lot of people with breasts get cysts.  Caffeine can make them worse, according to my gynecologist -- when I had them I was told to cut back on it.  But I would absolutely see a doctor to make sure they're nothing.
