Jezzy~

Hiyas all!

Hope everyone is just having a wonderful day!
I have a question. But first let me say something. Now that I have found my true self, I have felt happier and more free than I have ever felt.
I know that this will be a long, and at times difficult transition but I am just so happy 2 be making it. Kk but my point is, I have mapped out the journey to an extent and I feel like I have learned so much. I'm so excited! But Im not rushing anything...this is my life, who I am, and so I will take my time. But here's my question (I know, finally right??)!
One of the early steps 4 me will be hormone therapy and while scanning
the web I bumped into this Vivelle-Dot patch thingie. I'm really confused in a way because I dont know which way I should go with patch, or pills, or even creme. And I dont know at what lvl I need a doctor's involvement.
So maybe someone can advise? I know there is so much wisdom on this forum, from ppl who have made the transition. Your 2 cents plz! TY ^__^

Jezzy~ (because I like my name bold  ;))

It is highly recommended that you have a doctors prescription for hormones.

Without a doctor monitoring your blood levels you can do serious harm to yourself.

I'm not sure what you want to know about Vivelle-Dots.  I use them and love them.  But I'm not going to advise you on dosage or anything except to say that you need to get a prescription from your doctor.
