I am in the process of separating from the SO.  Her daughter and family are coming up for a visit and she thought that I might want to avoid them.  Her family does not approve.  So I am going to see if my sister might take me in for a week or more in October.   The tricky part is she will be in the process of moving into her townhouse and then my mother is moving too.  I wasn't planning to move till next spring.

If you are prepared to sleep on the floor or whatever, I am sure she would be glad of the help moving.

I've slept in worst places than the floor.  But my sister says I can stay at her place.  I have to be out by the 10th as she has a visitor staying then.  That will work.  Plus she gets me to help move stuff around.
