If a guy knows the woman he was with has a "neo-vagina" (neo means new).  Then he will come up with "differences" between it and other women's vaginas but the fact is that all vaginae are different, some are more dry, some are more tight, some are positioned higher, some are positioned lower.

Those guys are full of themselves.

Its great that trans women are trying to educate men on the difference though (not)

F*** these guys. I have been with many women post-op and not one of them has ever mentioned anything about my vagina like that. Like Noey said once they know, they will point out all these perceived differences like they are some sort of expert as every vagina--and I have had carnal knowledge numbering in the hundreds--are different.

As far as the guy who said "this isn't a normal vagina," who would have the gall to tell a woman that even if one thought it. I have had sex with several women who I thought that their vagina was unusual but I would NEVER dream of saying it, unless it was something complimentary. This guy probably had suspicions that the women was a "post-op" and was just trying to convince himself what a genius he was. Men who really know women know that each one is diiferent in some way. (That said, there may be some neo-vaginas out there which were not "constructed" properly...I wouldn't know firsthand, of course.)

I have to agree, most guys just don't go there, many years ago just after my surgery I remember showing my new vagina to my boyfriend at the time and him just saying ''wow nice pussy'' it was anything but nice, it was a real mess, he was just trying to be complementary. I was going thru a bad time.
When I had the 2nd procedure done I remember going back for a 10week check up and this guy, a medical student I think, was taking after photos, I had to lie on a bed with my legs spread apart, my 2hands holding my vulva open, after he took the photo I remember him have a good look, then he said ''wow nice result what are you doing tonight'' I was so surprise I just starting blushing, it was an awkward moment, then he started to apologize as he thought he had embarrassed me, I just stumbled on my words its ok, we both got embarrassed, I just had a blushing moment, but unknown to him, he had just paid me a lovely complement and I was glowing.

In fairness I will say that I am pretty sure my vaginal canal would be a pretty dry ride if I didn't manage to keep lube up in there but it isn't that big a deal and I manage to get lube in there without making much of a conscious effort.  Back in my dilating days the lube from dilating was enough and it tricked me into thinking that I "self-lubed".  Not saying others don't but I have my doubts.

The thing is if you think of yourself as a trans woman then you will experience yourself as a trans woman.  If after having healed from SRS you make a conscious effort to "dilate" then you will probably think of your vagina as a neo-vagina and you will be conscious of having had surgery and that may cause you to be more conscious of being "trans".  I stopped dilating a long time ago, and instead I occasionally have some quality time with a dildo, it accomplishes the same goal without the mental baggage.

Which is why I am trying to wean myself off this site.  I want to get my head out of trans space and just get on with my life.  But it is nice to have a place where I can talk about things I can't otherwise talk about.

Thank you, thank you, I thought I was alone, I don't even see myself as trans anymore, Im now just an ordinary married woman, a housewife getting on with my life, its a place I just come to because of my trans history, a woman with a past, its the bitchiness from time to time that turns me off, women can be very bitchy to each other, otherwise its nice to share life experiences with other women with a similiar histories, my 2cents.

On the other hand I do produce lube...  Not just the lube that occurs at the urethra entrance but I do have some mucousal tissue grafted around my vaginal opening but sometimes when I haven't introduced a lubed object into my canal for a while it can be a little dry (I'm sure lots of women can say the same thing, even if they were born with a vag).

I've never really noticed swollen inner or outer labia on anyone and I have seen some labia - up close and in person, unless one is talking about labia pumping with a vacuum apparatus.  Not saying it doesn't happen, I know blood goes to the area during arousal just haven't seen any labia boners lately

Oh and BTW I recently saw a friend's Suporn results and I never would have known if I hadn't known already.

Congratulations Pretty Pauline ^_^

QuoteThe vestibular bulbs, also known as the clitoral bulbs, are aggregations of erectile tissue that are an internal part of the clitoris. They can also be found throughout the vestibule: next to the clitoral body, clitoral crura, urethra, urethral sponge, and vagina.

Ok, the conversation is beginning to make some sense.

Yes, I do experience swelling in the quoted regions.  I do get a clit boner, sometimes also.  the outer labia are skin and fat - not erectile tissue. The structures housed by the outer labia do occasionally become engorged and swell (during good times) which can cause the outer labia to appear puffier.

No doubt some women experience more of this, some less, just like some women have huge inner labia, some have non-existent inner labia, some women have pronounced clits, some women can't find their clits because they are so small.  Etc.

Not swelling is not proof of anything except not swelling.
