I have not started HRT yet, but plan on doing so soon. Any ideas on how to enlarge my areoles without a doctors help? My boobs are growing pretty good with natural stuff, but not my areoles.  They would seem to complete my fem side look if you know what I mean...

Yymv, but dont expect much.  Many many a transwoman have small areola.  some experience growth, but definitely not everyone.

Mine got bigger. But only after 4 years HRT.

If they dont get larger, try to find a good pigmentologist that has experience areoles. It is a personal choice though
