Finally starting therapy
September 26, 2011, 09:46:54 AM
I've been dealing with effects of GID and the dysphoria that come along with it ever since I was in my teens and I never wanted to admit what was probably going on. I would just repress repress repress and I've finally realized after all the years of handling it so poorly that I need to get into therapy and talk things out to help make sense out of it all. I'm gonna try to call today to make the appointment

Good for you Kaylie! If your sessions go anything like mine you will be doing fine in no time at all. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Let us know how things go for you.
