I keep looking for an argument

I keep looking for an argument or a fight. I have this anger built up inside and I want an argument and to shout and scream at the top of my lungs. Part of it is attention. I keep feeling the need to seek attention even if it is negative. I don't kmow what's wrong with me. I feel like I want to get in a fight so I can just fight and the other person can beat me up and make me feel some form of pain.

Maybe take up boxing?

I love that song! I can't be mean to the people I like. I always feel angry walking around but I always help people too. I get nervous in public and get really uncomfortable.  I don't really know what that has to do with anything but talking helps.
