Must be an American thing. It's an electric pressure cooker. That will also do slow cooking and rice. They are kind of a big thing. I can do a full pot roast with carrots and potatoes in about an hour. And everything comes out tender.

1.5 a little 1.5 quart slow cooker that will simmer a single serving meal when set to low heat.
It is best if the temperature is just below boiling.  Cooking a little more water or food will lower the temperature.

An Instantpot is really amazing technology for the low price.  I bought a 4qt one for $67 but haven't used it much.

I do all kinds of dishes in it. There are even recipes for a Japanese cheese cake.

Saturday I had angel hair spaghetti with meat sauce.  Bread too.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Sounds very nice Chrissy. I've never had swedish meatballs before. I'm off to Ikea this morning though so I could see what they have!
