I'm Stevie.
 I had a profile a long time ago, 99 I think not sure since all I did was read for information so I would be ready when the bell rang. (this is how long ago it was when I first found Susans) Now I am returning after about a decade in seclusion, although all I did was lurk the last time I was on then too. Out of my shell and out and about as my true self now. Living full time since 22. Unfortunately divorced. 57. Adult kids that still love me so that is wonderful. Grandkid that does too. Sisters and Dad are still in close contact so I have been pretty lucky. Retired Air Force. MTF

Thank you for that wonderful introduction.

If you are interested in reviving your old account, we can check to see if it is still available. A couple of years ago, we had a bad crash and lost many accounts and their posts. However, our Staff worked tirelessly to get the site back up and running again. Our lovely Admin, Danielle, has been able to work magic at restoring lost accounts. If that is something you are interested in, send an email to AlaskanDanielle@yahoo.com, and she can look into it for you.

A lot has changed since you were here last. The site has been redesigned and updated, and our site policies have changed (links below).

When you click on the HOME button, you will see a page listing all of the various sub-forums by category and topic. Each sub-forum has a description of what that forum is about, as well as any guidelines for posting.

Please keep in mind when posting that this is an ALL-AGES PUBLIC Forum and the internet never forgets. Do not post anything that you do not want to be made public.

I will add links below that are important for new and returning members.

I see that other members of Susan's have also welcomed you as well.

Wow, that introduction surely packed a lot of information.  It is lovely to hear that after so many years of reading and quietly taking things in you are now out of your shell and living openly as your true self.

1999 was not too long ago I am sure.  As they say, "time flies" and that certainly shows in everything you have shared.  It is never too late to chase your dreams and it seems that you have been achieving them.

The icing on the cake is the acceptance of your family.  Having your adult children, grandchild, sisters and dad still close and supportive is truly wonderful.

As Lori mentioned, Danielle our administrator may be able to resurrect your old account if you provide her with your previous username or any other details you remember.  Please make sure you do not divulge those details on the forums.  Only send them directly to Danielle by email.

Thank you for your Air Force service and welcome back to Susan's.  I hope this time you will feel comfortable joining in and sharing more with us.

Once you feel comfortable here, it would be appreciated if you add a little bit more about yourself in the other forums and threads.  I would appreciate it very much as, I'm always interested in learning something new about new members.

In addition members of Susan's will more than likely discuss problems or issues that are similar to yours as most have experienced these issues as well.
